Welcome to the Solera at Stallion Mountain Stories Series

What's YOUR Story?

There are a lot of stories that live within the memory of some very interesting people who live here in Solera.

There are retired fighter pilots, former refugees, people who traveled the world and saw and experienced things that, properly told, would make very interesting reading.

There are others who may think their stories are not so dramatic but, respectfully, they’re wrong. Properly told, everyone's story is worth telling.

And since none among us is getting any younger, our time to share these stories is not infinite.

There are some among us who like to write. There are others who just know things that the rest of us don't.

Here's our latest.

A Short Story, shrouded in mystery

Larry D. showed up at his scheduled Thursday meeting to share his acquired wisdom. Not wanting to directly address it, the fact that his hand had obviousy suffered some trauma could not be ignored. The fact that he wouldn't explain led to rumors of reported late night fight club activities. One senior wag suggested that it might have been the result of a senior MMA match gone wrong. We all ask larry to come clean. Solera wants to know.
